We are sorry but as the clothes sold are second-hand, we do not accept returns and refund.
Please note that we deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We deliver within 3-5 working days. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.
